How many days does it take to ship a product?
We are 'Made To Order', and hence time to dispatch may vary from product to product. Normally, we would require 15-20 Days. You may reach us at, email, email@example.com, so that we can assist you with the appropriate details for the product.
Please Note:- Post Shipment, the courier takes somewhere around 3 to 5 working days to deliver the item.

Yes Custom Duty Charges are to be borne by you since, 'Every time when an item crosses an international border from one country to another, it is subject to these charges by the importing country's rules and regulations'.
Can I order for COD (Cash On Delivery)?
Yes, COD at the moment is available only within India.

Is there an Express Delivery (Shipping Within 24-48 hrs)?

Do you offer Customization?
Yes, customization is possible in terms of colors, adding sleeves and other minor customization. For additional customization, you can email at firstname.lastname@example.org. However there is an additional 10% charge for Bust Size above 40.
How do I get my outfit altered?
We generally keep a 4" margin in all our custom made outfits. Usually, the measurements are accurate and the alteration is quite minimal. However if anything comes up we would be happy to assist you
Is there a Return/Exchange or Refund for a Product?
We have NO RETURN/NO EXCHANGE policy. It is advised to check for your size requirements before you make a purchase order. Only exception is in case of fabric defect. Damage due to shipping is not covered under this policy.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
